·All advertising material is subject to approval by citylifelive.co.uk who reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement deemed to be unsuitable for any reason.
·Fees paid for advertising are non-refundable after the agreed publication date.
·Cancellations are valid before the agreed publication date takes place. Cancellations made after the agreed publication date are subject to a charge equivalent to 30% of the total outstanding fee for the advertising.
You agree to be available on the date(s) agreed for filming or ensure a responsible person is available to grant access to the venue which is to be filmed. If a problem with the agreed date arises you must contact us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in you incurring charges for the time used. You must be present to sign off the work on the last day of filming. Once the footage has been filmed we agree to have the video edited and ready for you to view within 10 working days. We will publish the video on our site for you to view. Once you have approved the video we will upload the completed video onto our site with 48 hours. Once full payment has been made you can use the video for any online marketing purpose. However you must not remove the City Life Live Ltd logo or the Corporate Solutions logo from the video. You agree to allow City Life Live Ltd and Corporate Solutions to use the video footage for any marketing campaigns in the future. Cancellation of Online Video adverts must be given in writing 48 hours prior to the agreed filming date. Cancellation in this instance will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total outstanding fee for the advertising. Cancellation of the online video advert is not possible after the agreed filming date has taken place.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
·Rates (fees) are subject to change without prior notice. Only new or renewed contracts are affected when rates change.
·The minimum length of contract for online advertising with citylifelive.co.uk is 12 months, excluding banner adverts which have a minimum length of contract of 1 month.
·The content of the advertisements must be true. The customer is liable for any infringement of copyrights and related rights and/or competition laws by his advertisements. citylifelive.co.uk is not obliged to check on the adherence to these regulations.
·citylifelive.co.uk is not responsible in any way for any content not within its own offers and software. This is especially applicable for the content of any web-pages to which links from within advertisements allow access.
·The customer and any associated company (s)/agency (s) acknowledge that they own the rights and permissions to publish submitted material on the Internet. Each agrees jointly and severely to protect citylifelive.co.uk against all damage, loss, expense and liability of any nature arising from the use of the customers submitted graphic content on the Internet.
citylifelive.co.uk agrees to produce an advert to a good standard and with accuracy as directed by the customer. Any errors will be corrected as soon as possible. However citylifelive.co.uk assumes no liability for errors in materials.
·citylifelive.co.uk agrees that no changes will be made to the content of the advert without receiving consent from the customer. However we reserve the right to make changes to the colour, layout, size and positioning etc. This does not apply when an advert has been purchased based on the size and\or positioning.
·citylifelive.co.uk reserves the right to refuse or postpone the display of submitted advertising content until all monies have been received.
citylifelive.co.uk will aim to publish the advert online on time. However citylifelive.co.uk assumes no liability for any delays in the publishing.
Acceptance by the customer and any associated company(ies) or agency(ies) of these terms and conditions is implied once the client confirms the order with our staff by telephone.
Privacy Policy
City Life Live will ensure that any personal details given will be kept in the strictest confidence. We will not pass your personal details on to any third parties. The business details you submit to be published on the site will only be used for that purpose and will not be passed on for any marketing purposes. Whenever you give us your personal information, legally we have to use it in accordance with the terms of various privacy laws, including the Data Protection Act 1998 (we refer to these laws in this privacy policy as the 'privacy laws').
Special Offer Promotional Program - Fair Use Policy
We will promote a reasonable amount of special offers, however a fair usage policy does apply. City Life Live Limited perceives "fair" as up to 5 promotions/offers within one month per listing. This is not a strict rule, however, if you abuse this program, we reserve the right to cap your usage at 5 promotions/offers per month, per listing.
